Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've gained over 5 lbs since last weigh in!!!! I'm going to have to do something and get this stress under control. Between my mom being sick and having to go back and forth to her and getting her to appointments and having hours added back at work I'm pretty much just done. I'm tired all the time but need to find a way to make exercise a priority again. I was doing so well a month or two ago and now just walking 10 minutes wears me out. I'm going to sit down over the weekend and try to get a plan written out to get back on track in time for Rounds 4-6.

You can do it! If you can only do 10 minutes then that's what you do! If you can only do 5 then you could do that too. Anything is better than nothing. And your progress will build on your previous progress
