    I’m so beyond proud of all of you and had such a great time staying motivated and consistent through August , which is the “Summer December!” I am 3.5 pounds lighter since starting and that may have not been the case had I not signed up and had the ongoing inspiration from all of you!!! I just want to say thank you for pushing yourself and everyone around you. And want you to PUSH YOURSELF THIS WEEKEND!!!

    I’m on like 8 water bottles a day on these longest days of the year. I’m eating longer meals than usual so I’m eating more veggies than usual and you can too!! I’m tracking everything and have been traveling with my scale.

    When you are clear on what you want, you can get anything done. So how are you pushing yourself to success this weekend???
