For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I don’t think I’m going to make it guys 😢 I only had to lose 6lbs during this challenge and I’m still 4 lbs away. I thought I’d be down another pound or two after Aunt Flo finished but I didn’t 😔 feeling so discouraged and defeated

You have to see the other things you’ve learn and other accomplishments you have made during this time! I still have 6 to lose. Hehe. Can I lose a pound a day?:flushed: maybe. I did lose 4lbs one weekend. Watch sodium and gluten for the rest of the time. Eat mostly veggies and drink a gallon of water per day. Maybe we can do it?! We could check in with each other every day if you want to! I’m going to drink some water now and no snacking tonight:wink:
