How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Okay, I'm stumped. My weight loss has STOPPED. My diet is super clean - entirely whole foods, no grains, very little starch, no added sugars, tons of water, no alcohol, ~50% of my calories and 90% of my food volume comes from fresh fruit and veggies. (I'm a vegetarian, so keto is a nonstarter.) I thought maybe I was eating more than I thought, so I logged everything I ate for a few days. I burn 5-800 calories during weekday workouts, and 1000-1500 on the weekends. I eat ~2000 calories a day as 20% protein, 40% fat, 40% carbohydrate. Yesterday, for example, I burned 1500 calories in my workout and ate 2200, which is typical for me. If my body were a calculator, then that's a net of 700 calories for the day. I know I'm healthy (i.e. not starving) because my workouts are getting better, I feel great and I'm not hungry between meals, but my weight has been stable for weeks.

Does anyone have any *experience* breaking through a plateau?
