Hi everyone! I need to be honest. I was so strong the first couple days, but for the last two days I have been dealing with severe depression. At first I thought it was just female stuff, but yesterday was really rough. Beyond anything hormonal. I’m sorry this is so heavy and maybe TMI. I am trying to stay mentally strong, but if I’m honest, I would really appreciate some reinforcement. I know this feeling will pass, but today is heavy. Thanks so much for being so incredible. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

These are incredibly trying times and however you're feeling is totally valid. So far you have gotten through 100% of your hardest days, you're strong and capable and you will get through this. Just remember to be kind to yourself. Your worth is not determined by your reflection, imposed perfection, a number, or your productivity, you are worthy simply because you are you.

I hope that tomorrow is a better day for you, but no matter what know that you are not alone.

Think of it as self care and make time to have the healthy things that you really enjoy. I totally have favorite salads even if it means takeout from a cafe. Also, it can be easier than you think, boiled eggs and cucumber is so simple if you just aren't up for cooking one day
