For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. My monthly cycle just started and of course, the scale is up a pound. Which means I now have 3 pounds to go to reach my goal. What are your best tips for losing during that time of month?

One of my fav pieces of advice from Ilana - don’t remember if it’s from her book or video - is to eat two cups of veggies before 2pm. The days I do that I always lose weight. Two cups of veggies is about two fistfuls she says. I also fill my dinner plate with 50% salad, 25% veggies and 25% protein. Don’t be afraid to use your accessories on your veggies. Oil, balsamic, avocado, dressing, etc.
