For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

So between the Halloween candy and my 1 year old being sick- I stress eat! I had some candy and then Chinese take out! I can’t believe how much weight I gained from 2 days of candy and 1 meal! I have 8 days to get back to my target weight!!

Forgive yourself and move forward! Focus on what you do want, and what IS going well. Did you drink your water? Get your exercise? Get good rest? Celebrate anything you can and then keep the train rolling. Find something to be proud of. It’s so easy to pick ourselves apart. You got this!!

I love this advice Shelley!
It's mostly water weight when you gain weight quickly. Drink a lot, exercise, eat as well as you can, get rest, all the things Shelley suggested.
