I bought a new Fitbit Charge 4 yesterday. I had a Charge 3, which worked just fine, but my daughter needed a fitness tracker for online PE for school so I upgraded and gave her my old one. NOW, I think I have to return it. It's not logging steps OR heart rate. Like both are ZERO and will not budge. I walked mile this morning and zip nadda!
SIGH....has anyone had this happen to them? I've uninstalled and reinstalled, checked for updates on the Fitbit and App, did a hard restart on both my phone and Fitbit...nothing seems to fix it. Anyway, I thought I'd reach out here in case anyone else has had a similar issue. This is my 4th Fitbit and I've never had any problems with any of them in the past.

I had a brand new Versa 2 that the touch screen stopped working on. Customer service was really helpful and they replaced it under the warranty for free. Only downside is they made me send my bad one back to them before they would send me a new one so it was a bit of a drawn out process.

I did reach out to customer service. Everything I tried they had me retry. They are escalating it and said that someone will get back to me. Hopefully soon! Everything else seems to be working just fine on it.
