Trying to get back on track food wise. And I work today so I need to make sure I don't try to snack on all the dairy queen foods. So for breakfast I did coffee 3pts because international delight is nom noms but too sweet so I also do a splash of fat free cream with it.
And I did a breakfast sandwich with two eggs fried with a bit of margarine, with 2 oz of ham from canadianthanksgiving a slice of fat free cheese and a half a teaspoon of syrup because i like it a little sweet. Reminds me of mc griddles which I LOVED. 9pts on blue so not a bad start. At work I will be having a grilled chicken salad with 1/2 Ceasars dressing so it will be like 2 maybe 3 pts if I add a tiny bit of cheese :)
