Uh... just feeling so down today! I have to lost 9lb total to “win” this diet bet and last month I lost over 10lb. So, I figured it was way doable. This month, it doesn’t seem like they’re coming off easily.

I keep fluctuating between a 2-3lb loss for the entire month currently and the only thing that I’ve changed is that I’m actually working out 30 minutes 3-4times a week, which I thought would help me lose even more!

Just feeling so defeated and still have 6lb to lose by the end of the month. Just trying to stay focused and motivated, but it’s so hard mentally some days.

I have 5.6 pounds to lose in 10 days! I got stuck at -.2 pounds for 2 weeks. Finally I got the kick start and lost 2 pounds. Now the dreaded 5.6 in 10 days! Can I, I'm sure going to try! Good luck everyone! Water here we come!
