Hey everyone! So excited to stay on track with this diet bet.
Question : has anyone experienced gains the few days after doing a intensive workout? I started back Orangetheory workouts and I gained 4 lbs from my weigh in weight!

Same thing happened to me when I started lifting heavy at the gym again. I help onto about 4 lbs for alittle over a week and than had a whoosh and back down to my new low.

Same thing happened to me, but as your body gets used to the workouts, the weight will melt off!
