How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

It's Tuesday. Guess what that means? Time for another step challenge. Today's target is your normal daily goal (or past seven day average) plus an extra 750 steps. If you're not sure what that means, please read the second comment on the Challenge Winner Board. As it explains how to calculate your gaol.

We are slightly passed the halfway point. Let's do a check in.

How are you doing? Are you pleased with your progress so far? Or do you need to dial it up a notch?

What's working? What isn't working?

I would love if you shared with the group. You never know who you may help by offering your words of encouragement.

Psjrn: what is your fasting hours? This might be something I would like to try. Great job on making your goal already!

I am struggling with my food but trying to get back on track. My exercise and steps are fine.
