I'm not sure what to go for, would like to do just wfpb or starch solution but don't think it will be enough for me to lose weight without counting calories or doing something else.. Suddenly feeling that 10% is quite an ambitious goal! Winters, I've never heard of electric vegan, just looked it up and it is interesting! Have you had success with it before? From what I can see, it is limiting the starches, grains and most beans and emphasises raw foods.

I’ve been incorporating more WFPB into my days and honestly feel so much better when I eat that way. I’ve found some great recipes that are absolutely delicious, healthy, low cal and (most importantly for me) very filling. Monkey and Me Kitchen Adventures is one of my favorite places to find recipes.
