How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi all, this is my first dietbet in a few years. I am sure you used to be able to see the demographics of the players, men vs. women, age ranges, and also how many have already hit their goal etc. I can't see any of this information now. Was that all removed or am I just not looking in the right place? Thanks!

I've only been using Dietbet for the last year and have never seen that info. Would be interested in it though.

I'm with you - this is my first time betting in over 2 years and I remember/liked that feature. Maybe since so many people don't do progress weigh ins they did away with it?
