(Having a moment of craving frustration). I been so good this entire time I have lost 10 pounds and the day before weigh in I am craving everything Mexican Sweet bread, McDonald’s French fry’s, lasagna (for dinner). I love DietBets but I feel restricted these last few days because I am competitive so Losing is not an option!Anyone else or am I the only one? I am also on WW I love it for long term because I get my cheat meal and move on. Best of luck to everyone and their long term journey to a healthier lifestyle!

I am with you. The last few days before are the most challenging mentally. My brain goes into self sabotage mode. But that stuff can wait until after you win. Enjoy a treat and hop back on the healthy train.
