For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've been really struggling since this Dietbet started. I am a preschool teacher that works with students with developmental delays. My job is stressful and my paraprofessional and I have a very tense relationship and it makes the job even more stressful. Does anyone have any tips for sticking with a plan and controlling stress?!?! I've been eating a lot of sweets 😭 and am having a hard time getting back on track. I meal prep every Sunday so I am good in the late aspect. Any help would be appreciated!

I use MyFitnessPal to track my food. You can have your sweets, just modify the rest of what you eat to stay within a set calorie amount.

I just downloaded the Fabulous app yesterday and I really like it! There are several different routes you can go with it, depending on what part of your life you want to make change in. It’s free for 7 days then $35 for a year. It’s all about slowly changing your habits and developing healthy routines! (Something I’ve struggled terribly with my entire life...)
