I'm planning ground turkey tacos salad; flank steak w/roast brussels; salsa chicken; pesto chicken with green beans and cherry tomatoes; make it your way pasta with broccoli. Dinner and done!

Hi Jessica! It's super easy with the instant pot! I put in chicken breasts, a jar of pasta sauce, chicken broth (if you like it more liquidity) veggies galore - mushrooms, carrots, onions. High pressure for 12 minutes and natural release! You could cook pasta with it too but I often have it with cauliflower rice!
