How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Help please! 😩 I lost 2.6 pounds the first week. Then I gained a pound back in a few days and have been stuck at that weight for the remainder of week 2. If I hit my diet bet goal (6lbs - which seems impossible to do the last 5.5 in two weeks), I’ll be at my “goal” weight. I always heard the last few pounds are the hardest but I have no idea what I’m doing wrong or how to get off this plateau....HELP! 😩

Yes, water, whole foods, sleep, and exercise. You can do this!

I have to say it again with the others, I can't stress enough how important sleep and water intake are for me. I track my data and compare sleep, water and weight loss and the 3 go hand in hand. Another strategy for me is to stop eating completely at 6pm. I try to workout early so I am not ramped up because when I work out in the evening I can't fall asleep as well. If I can't get my meal in before 6, then I just to Shakeology or something similar like a Premiere Protein shake. Honestly, I try to make sure I eat lots of protein on days I'm working out. Hope that helps a little. Don't forget to be still and do some meditation if you tend to feel stressed alot. Also a game changer!
