How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m going to lose this one:((. Will dry-fast till the very last second but to shed 1.5kg in 19hrs - is it even possible?.... This is my third game this year and I feel stuck. Hungry all the time. Don’t know why I’m writing this, just want to complain to someone I guess. I wish I had a magic pill...

Thank you Roxy:)) I’m just having my last hot hot bath before weigh-in but it looks like I’ve just made it, very close to my target, maybe 1lb difference. I’ve found that for over eaters like me the best way is fasting - that way there’s no temptations, whereas low calories (1200 for my target loss) is super hard and makes me ravenous and ready to give up. So next game I’ll me doing alternate day fasting (one day just water and next day normal food but a bit more calories than my daily allowance). I’m a massage therapist so physical work every day, plus training, so I think that’s why I’m always hungry :)))
