How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Welp, I weighed in at 139.6 today.

Just week I weighed in at 145.4!

(looking very much like I just gained back everything I lost since starting this at 146.8)

Just goes to show, trust the PROCESS. Not the scale! If you stick to being active, if you stick to making healthy life choices, if you're really honest with yourself, there's not a whole lot that can stop this from working.

Bodies fluctuate, they've got organs with various fluids and all the fun stuff. You couldn't remain a static weight if you tried because your body is far from static - its full of life. It's worthy of respect and tolerance for something like a few pounds of weight fluctuation when it's doing its one job: keeping you alive.

So take a chill pill babe and keep meeting your off scale goals, the rest will catch up ????

(BTW, I haven't seen a number this low since I was in high-school. Coming from FREAKING 220 pounds, I'm over the moon)

Yeah, I went from 220 - 145ish in about a year, then I maintained/slowly gained up to 155 for a year. I was happy with how I looked and had other things I wanted to focus on. Now I've been taking my weight lifting and eating more seriously, and I quit drinking, since about February this year. I've gone from 155-139 in that time frame :) slow but steady.

And I'm 5' 1" btw
