How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I lost 26 pounds doing 75 hard from February 15th- April 30th. It’s been a little harder now to get the weight off since ending the challenge but trying to remind myself that slow and steady wins the race.

    For those interested in doing 75 hard. The rules are for 75 days, you follow a diet of your choosing, no cheat meals, no alcohol, 2 45 minute workouts a day and one must be outdoors, 10 pages of a self developmental book a day, take a progress picture, and drink a gallon of water. Any deviation or mishaps and you start back over at day 1.
