I've never posted my goals in a public forum before so here are my goals for this dietbet:
Stay on my calorie deficit
Drink at least 3 32oz bottles of water per day
Work out 5 days a week - alternating strength/cardio days

I’ve got exercise and water under control, so goals this DietBet for me are to track my food on the weekends

Drink my water of 125 oz per day. Track my food. Close all 3 rings every day on my Applewatch which includes 30 minutes of activity a day. This week I’m doing intermittent fasting -16 hours of every day. We’ll see how it goes if I continue that or not.
