If I could throw my scale in the trash, I would!! I was really having a good week with consistency. My numbers slowly and steady went down from my Memorial Day weight gain. I hop on the scale this morning and just like that, three pounds up!!!! All my hard work this week :(.


I have NO idea how this happened. I weigh everything except condiments (ketchup, soy sauce, etc) but I don’t use a lot. Could that really be the reason for three pounds though??

I feel like quitting.

Don't give up! Sometimes the scale can be such a bitch. Think about all your reasons why you're doing this. Think about how you feel when you are consistent. You got this.

Do not give up!! Keep going, keep yourself hydrated. Sometimes if you eat lots of carbs or salt on a certain day you will retain more water. This weight sounds like it’s water weight, all throughout your journey you will find that this happens. It is okay, just keep on going. YOU GOT THIS :fire::muscle:
