  • I'm getting rather nervous that I might not make goal. I have a full 9 days of vacation 11 days to make goal. I know I am halfway there but this weight isn't shredding as fast as it once was.
    Here is my game plan:
    Each morning when I wake up and everyone is still asleep I will go for a walk (hoping I can find a way around the lake)
    I will only drink alcohol 1 day and "pretend " the rest of the days with flavored club soda.
    If I want to indulge in treats I will make sure that I do not binge on them and have a proper serving size. IF I still feel like binging I'll get in the lake or paint my nails.
    And lastly I'm going to continue to skip breakfast. (Eating when I am hungry).
