For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Frustration post: over the last few weeks I have only lost 1 lb total. I have been working out, following my ww, etc. I have also been cleaning and organizing the house a bit, so even added calorie burn. I don't get it. I now am in the position of needing to lose 8 lbs before weigh-in. I'm so frustrated that the scale isn't moving as it has been. 😠 Any tips?

You can do this Carrie. It sounds like you're committed to a program already. Stick with it. I did a transformer last year and didn't make my first weighin, but I made the rest and still got a big payout.

Do you have a ww group that you check in with occasionally? Could you ask them what they recommend? I don't think it would be a good idea to restrict calories any further or exercise more. That's not sustainable. Your results could only be temporary and you'll go through this same struggle next month. Take care

Is it possible you may be eating something you are allergic/intolerant to? And maybe more of it with the challenge? For instance, if I eat any dairy, I GAIN weight. Even jf I only ate 1000 calories every day, if there was dairy in there I would still gain weight. It’s crazy.
