For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Anyone else fall off the wagon, and then get run over by that same wagon? 🙋‍♀️ Well, I’m trying to run back and catch it. 8 lbs to go to hit this month…workin on it.

Yes!!! After weighing in I ate like crazy gaining 10lbs ( some might have been monthly weight) I lost all of it last week but still needing to loose this month's weight

It happens and you just have to get back up and on that wagon. Even if you dont reach the goal weight you have to keep on trying and not stop. I did the same thing I missed rounds 2 and 3 and right now need to drop 5 lbs to meet round 4 goals. I look at the positive that when I started I weighed 232lbs and I am now at about 215lbs. So I have lost 17lbs so far. You can do it.
