  • Happy Tuesday so who is ready for a challenge??? This is to help push you to keep going.

    Here is a workout challenge for y’all. This is a quick HIIT workout that you can do at home or at the gym. If you need an extra push add this in. Especially towards the end of you need get off that extra stubborn pound throw this in at the end of your workout.

    Make sure to post your sweaty selfie, or workout tracker from your watch or the program you did. Someone from this week will win a $25 amazon gift card.

    This challenge is to help motivate you to get moving sometimes that extra push is what we need.

    Also make sure you are tracking your food to lose weight you do need to be in a deficit even this extra workout will help. Drink your water and make sure to get 7-9 hours of sleep. Also stress try your best to keep stress levels down. Something that helps me is yoga or a nature walk. I spent the weekend in the country it was amazing even had some issues with trolls and got threaten. It can be stressful sharing everything on social media but I do it for y’all.
