For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

If you're celebrating T-giving, are you ready? Let's hear your strategies to stay on track! Here's my thoughts so far:
* Drink lots of water.
* Be thoughtful about and track what I decide to put in my mouth.
* Eat a healthy snack in the afternoon so I'm not starving by dinner.
* Limit alcohol.
* Escape without taking containers overflowing with leftovers!

How'd you do?
I basically did what you recommended except for the water. I left my container in my truck while celebrating with family. . I was able to get in a gallon the next day and after... and now Right at this goal!

Lavinia, congratulations on making goal! I did pretty good. Skipped the snacks that are always out while dinner's being prepped, ate my favs...I DID end up going out the next day (Friday) for a boozy brunch and then ordered Indian food delivery for dinner. Ended up putting on about 2lbs (water, I assume) which I'm still ditching, but I got this month's goal too!
