For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Hope your week has been awesome! Let's talk about one of my favorite subjects- lunch!
    When you can't think about what your lunch should look like, start with a goal of making half the meal filled with veggies. One of my go-tos is romaine lettuce "boats" to scoop up a protein and condiments like leftovers or a tuna salad made with mayo, mustard and yogurt.

    Some other ideas for veggie bases are air fried eggplant, cauliflower rice, lots of cucumber slices, a salad or cabbage steaks!

    In addition to protein, it's great to add an FFC (fiber filled carb) to lunch for optimal energy throughout your afternoon. Today I had watermelon, strawberries and blueberries.

I like to do variations on a theme, so I keep it simple and find variation so I don’t get bored through accessories. So, if I do a pepper sandwich, I change up the meat and mustard, aioli, etc. And for my veggie sides, I get creative with my dips: low cal ranch, Buffalo hummus, guacamole, etc
