  • Here's a shout out to veggies and fruit!

    Vegetables and fruits have several properties that make them effective for weight loss.
    They contain few calories but a lot of fiber. Their high water content gives them low energy density, making them very filling. Plus, they are great for you health.

    But, not everyone loves veggies. So how do you incorporate more veggies into your life? What's your favorite recipe that makes you love your veggies?
