  • I forgot about the other challenges ??????????? but I am here for this one!!!

    I ate lots of veggies today and some fruit!! 125 oz of water and did BOD: Barre Blend phase 1 week 1 day 2 Booty Blend!!

    I don’t measure my food but am sure I hit the mark for the veggies/fruits category

    Breakfast has bell peppers, broccoli, spinach, and cherry tomatoes in the egg bake and a small banana

    Snack 1 clementine

    Lunch I had a handful of spinach on my sandwich and 8 mini bell peppers

    Dinner I had about a cup of mixed veggies (carrots, celery, and onions) and at least a cup (maybe more) of radishes

    Post workout half of a small banana
