How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- It has been an insane two weeks with a new baby. My parents got Covid while we were in the hospital and my son stayed with them, he came home the day after Hudson came home. Pretty sure we all were lucky and got a severely mild case of covid. We all are better then Lincoln got an ear infection, man it has been crazy! I did get my workouts in everyday, a little sleep deprived but feeling pretty good! We also decorated for Christmas, might as well be festive if we are stuck at home!
