How does everyone stay motivated?? Tips tricks? I struggle hard in the winter with motivation and depression 😅we’re currently snowed in.

I second reading through Dietbet boards. And looking at the weight goals or graph. Just reminding myself that this is one of the things I am doing in life right now so it doesn't slip out of my mind.

Also, I am treating myself to more hobby time. I too have depression and I figure that building Legos or gardening is a better use of my time than eating, and it brings me some joy.

Exercise wise - it helps with depression, so I try to get myself to go walking in my neighborhood when the weather is nice (for me, that is cold and overcast) or dance to music I like.
