How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m a bit discouraged and honestly just needing some encouragement/advice. I’ve started adding weights instead of just doing cardio and I’ve gained 3 lbs since starting this competition. I know they say muscle ways more than fat, but I’m ready to see the scale go the other direction. ☹️

That's why I don't start weights during a bet. I've heard from other players the gains are short and then you start really losing weight as your muscle burns the fat for you. But I'm not emotionally strong enough to get through the muscle gain period, always wondering if I'm doing something wrong. If you stick with it, make sure your calories aren't too low! :)
