    I know everyone has a lot going on this week, with the start of this game, and for Americans who will be celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow so I will make this quick.

    I just want to remind you, when I was looking over the 4 week date of when to host this game I had to choose either to begin with this Thanksgiving, or to end after Christmas.

    I thought it would be easier to start this game with a holiday, than to end with one. Starting the game with this holiday happening now will give us plenty of time to reach our 4% goal even if you indulge tomorrow. The key will be, to make sure you get back on track quickly after.

    Whether you decide to workout tomorrow and to be careful with your food choices, or if you decide to take the day off of exercise/dieting, just make sure to do either with peace, love, and respect for your body. Don’t restrict/over-exercise as a way to punish yourself, and don’t guilt or shame yourself if you indulge or even overeat. That kind of negative thinking, has been scientifically proven to lead people to eventually emotionally eat. Be kind to yourself and with thoughts tomorrow. There is time to lose the weight, and we have a LOT of resources to help you this month so you can get there. So tomorrow, don’t worry about things too much. Life is short, enjoy the holidays/food/company, think about all the things you’re thankful for (including your amazing body), and have a very Happy Thanksgiving! xoxo
