Down .4lbs this morning. The hardest part of my day is lunch time. I’m not hungry between breakfast and lunch but once I eat lunch it’s like I’m never full or satisfied. I feel like I could eat lunch and dinner all at once. Then when dinner comes that’s it, I’m not hungry for the rest of the day.

Any insight or suggestions would be highly appreciated :)

Thank you!!!! I’ve really been trying to figure this out for a while now. I’ve tried it all. Carbs at lunch, no carbs at lunch, higher protein, more fiber, have even tried swapping plate it dinner with lunch. I’ve had no luck figuring it out just yet.

I appreciate the feedback will see if maybe I add some more fiber! will start journaling how I feel after lunch depending what I eat.
