Week 3 - Self Love - 4/22-4/28 - $35 Gift Card
Now that we have spent two whole weeks dedicated to nutrition and movement, it’s time to work on our MINDS. Boundaries have been huge in my journey. This week I challenge you to do something FOR YOU. This is going to look different for everyone. For some it may be journaling, practicing meditation, getting a mani/pedi, skipping a weigh in, taking a mental health day, buying a new outfit, celebrating an NSV, etc. Anything that you question, “was that something I just did to better my own health and well-being, and mental state?” The answer is yes.
