How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I just made the most CRUNCHY roasted chickpeas! I like these for an FFC instead of chips or even croutons on a salad. I have tried making crunchy roasted chickpeas in the air fryer a number of times, and they were all fails. I made these in my oven.
    -Preheat your oven to 375°.
-Drain & rinse one can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans).
-Spread out on a baking sheet.
    -Bake for 30 minutes.
-Remove from oven and let chickpeas cool.
-when the chickpeas are cool enough to handle, transfer to a mixing bowl.
-Toss chickpeas with olive oil or avocado oil spray and spices of your choice. Tonight I used salt and sweet smoked paprika. A good blend is also salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Use what makes you happy!
-Once you have coated the chickpeas with oil and your seasonings, spread them back out on the same baking sheet and roast for an additional 12 to 15 minutes.
-remove from the oven, let them cool a bit, and enjoy!
