    Your current situation is NOT your final destination. We are 1 week in to our SUMMER SHRED DIET BET. We are setting realistic expectations, and if you learned and grew and did your best this past week, that is ALL that matters.

    Everything that you have done in the past has led you to where you are now. We cannot go back and change anything and as hard as it is, we have to accept and move forward. No point in dwelling in the past when you can be working towards your future. So show yourself some love and compassion and then move forward in this new week, because the best version of YOU is just around the corner! WOOT WOOT!

Getting success in water consumption!! I always feel dehydrated, having a gallon goal is really helping!!
