What’s the recipe?! Not sure about how I would add the egg whites.

You don’t taste the whites at all!

Here’s what I did:
1.5-2 cups cauliflower rice
1/2c oats
6 TBSP egg whites
Cinnamon
Touch of xanthin gum
1 scoop protein powder
1 peach
14g walnut pieces

I microwaved the rice for about 3 minutes first.

Then added in the oats, whites, xanthin, cinnamon, 9 or so ounces of water and microwave for another 5 minutes or so.

Then stirred in a scoop of protein powder and topped with peaches and walnuts. :relaxed:
