My plan for this weekend: I’ll be home taking care of my two toddlers. It usually gets super crazy with me trying to tend to their needs, prepare their meals, keep up on the house needs etc. I’m going to pre-plan my meals today before I go pick them up from camp! That gives me one hour! Maybe I’ll even prep some food. Picking up more water this afternoon so I can meet my goal of 160oz every day! I haven’t lost any weight this game so far, I actually gained initially (my birthday, BBQs, excuses excuses) but I know exactly what I have to do so im going to DO IT! Also, Ilana mentioned sleep supplements on the call- I actually just started taking magnesium and low dose melatonin and it has made a world of difference. I just need to take them early enough so im not tired in the morning. Good luck! We can do it!!
