For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Does anyone have any grab and go breakfast recommendations? With school starting soon and 2 kids to get out the door before I go to work, I need to have healthy things I can grab and take with me.

Everyone has their own idea of what healthy is and/or what breakfast food is lol but these are my healthy go-tos for virtually any time of day including breakfast: CLIF bar, banana, cutie mandarin oranges, grapes, wheat thins (tomato basil are delicious) string cheese, beef sticks or jerky, almonds, yogurt, granola, hard boiled egg, carrots, celery with peanut butter and/or honey, tortilla rollup with peanut butter, cream cheese or warm with shredded cheese.
