Thank you ilana :joy::heart: CRL- I just use 150g of egg whites from a carton and cook it in a pan on very low until it’s firm. Before I put in the eggwhites I put a few drops of oil and wipe the pan w a paper towel so it’s all greased and the egg won’t stick. I used some salt and let the egg get firm, then added my fav tomato sauce and provolone cheese but you can add any topping you want- I may try BBQ chicken style next time. I just am patient and cook on low for a little bit so it gets nice and firm and little crispy on bottom. Super easy
