For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Bonus Challenge:
    To go along with the Final Challenge this week, I thought it would be good to have our Bonus Challenge include sleep. It's such an important factor in our overall health. Remember, this is a separate challenge and won't play into the requirements for the Final Challenge.

    The requirements for the Bonus Challenge are:
    Monday-Friday, Eight hours of sleep each night.
    You don't have to necessarily be sleeping those whole eight hours, but if you're at least in bed that long then that counts. If you have any questions please let me know.

    *Starting on Friday there will be a post asking if you completed the Bonus Challenge, that is where you will comment if you completed it. You will have until Saturday at 12 PM (noon) PST to report in.
    Everyone who completes this challenge and reports in will get their name in the drawing for a $20 Amazon gift card!

    *Please don't worry about doing this bonus challenge if your job or other personal matters makes it difficult for you to get eight hours of sleep each night. Just keep doing the best you can to rest your body.
