How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Do you agree with this?

I read an article that reported we drink more water when drinking from a straw. It said we likely swallow more when drinking out of a straw than straight from a bottle. Also, we tend to drink more often directly from a straw rather than opening and closing a bottle.

I would say, when I have a glass in my hand with a straw, I find myself sipping from that straw a lot more often.

What do you think? Do you agree?

Team no straw

I KNOW I drink more when I have a straw, but my daughter read an article that drinking from a straw is bad for you (I wish I could remember the WHY element but it’s too early) so I’m using a sip through lid now. I miss the straw!
