How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

We made it to the end of this DietBet!

Beginning tomorrow morning, our final weigh-ins will begin. You will then have until 11:59 pm PST on Thursday, October 27, to submit your final weight for this DietBet. If you reached your 4% goal, you will need to submit your two final photos, too, just as you did at the beginning of this DietBet. If you fell short of reaching your 4% goal, you are not required to submit photos.

There will be one final challenge check in tomorrow for Challenge #1 - Minimum of 10,000 steps every day of this DietBet. Once this final winner is verified, I will send out the Amazon gift cards to those who requested it as their prize. So be on the lookout! I will post in the group, too, once they have been sent out.

How did you do with the one thing you committed to doing for the entirety of this challenge? Did you stick with it? What was the most challenging part for you?

Personally, I committed to continue honestly tracking my food. It is the one thing that I see success with when I am consistent. I have legitimately tracked every bite since September 19. And the scale is finally starting to move in the right direction. I hit my 4% goal this morning so I am hoping I can hold on until tomorrow.

I did better getting more steps in, but it's still a challenge for me. I got out of the habit 18 months ago, and it's tough to get it back. At least I'm unstoppable! Real progress has been made & I'm ready to jump right in on the next DB!
