Week 2 goals:
1. Add in 20 min workouts / or stretching on rest days
2. Subtract the random weekday evening glass of wine- substitute 0% sugar tonic water with lemon if I feel the urge.
3. Hit my water goal everyday!

2) Make veges the star of the dish
3) If I'm going to have a treat make sure it is something I'm truly going to enjoy and not just cause it's available, we have lots of Christmas break ups this week.
