How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • N2R5K Week 3 Day 1 done! I am training for a 5KM run and have been struggling a bit, mentally. My brain gets really scared of these longer runs without walking breaks. I have these mini freak outs thinking that I won’t be able to finish, or that I am not fit enough, or that it will be too hard. I find myself stopping every kilometre to calm my brain down. I am hoping that as my body gets used to these distances, my brain will too.
Today, I ran this entire distance without stopping. It took a lot of telling the negative voices in my head to be quiet, and a lot of positive reassurance, but I did it!

I'm the one mentioned above ahah! I started with a couch to 5k plan, and now I run something like 20 miles a week on average. You can totally do it
