I have a question. Why are the pre-set goals so uneven? I may not meet the Round 1 and 2 goals because the loss goals are too high. But for the final 3 months-rounds I am only targeted to lose a total of 2 lbs.

It seems to be easier to shed more pounds in the beginning. At least that is how it is for me.

I think it's to help you not lose steam in the end. Maintaining of a healthier weight is just as important of weight loss at an unhealthy weight. I think it teaches you the habit to keep going even when the losses are smaller or non existent.
