How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Don't get discouraged if you have a bad day or week. It's about the long term consistency, and stay positive! You got this!

Pick a diet plan and stick with it. There’s so many out there. It helps to follow a plan and write down your food each meal so you don’t see calorie creep. You think your doing good, but you’re grazing or your portions are too large. There are many, many apps that will allow you to track your food, water, and exercise. Drink at least 64 oz a day, this flushed out the byproducts of weight loss and keeps you hydrated. Keep moving. Either organized exercise or walking or whatever you decide, keep doing it, not for a day or two, but the entire way through. Best of luck!
